Climber/Arborcare Foreman

Location: Salida, CO
Salary: $27-$35/hr

Job Description: 

• Proficiency climbing any tree in Central Colorado with proper climbing techniques, pruning and saw cuts
• Jobs require ability to rig branches down in a proper and safe manner
• Maintain Arborcare shop, chip truck/chipper, Arborcare chainsaws/climbing saws and gear.
• Ensure work is completed to owner/client's satisfaction
• Professionalism in making client contacts and knowledge in tree care education for clients and/or other employees
• Work professionally with Arborcare manager, business owner and ground crew

Skills:

• Professional sawyer and climbing skills
• Mechanical skills
• Arborcare and tree knowledge

Experience:

• Absolute proficiency at tree climbing, removal and pruning
• Chainsaw experience as professional feller
• Ability to drive chip trucks and operate equipment
