Bucket Truck Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $18-28/hr

Sage Tree Care is looking for a bucket operator that is reliable and quality driven to join our team. This individual will be safety conscious and have at least 1 year operating a bucket truck. The qualified candidate will have the following skills and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License (CDL Preferred)
• General worksite safety and setup
• Electrical hazard awareness
• Aerial lift setup and operation
• Advanced chainsaw use
• Safe rigging techniques
• Basic knots and rope operation
• Advanced felling techniques
• Basic tree biology
• Beginning tree diagnostics
• Proper pruning principles and techniques including Palms
• Basic knowledge of arboriculture terms
• Proper use of equipment and maintenance
• Chipper use and safe operation
• Ability to work at extreme heights
• Tolerate a wide range of environmental conditions to include extreme heat

Must be able to attain ISA Certification within 1 year of hire date.

Job type: full time, some weekends

Education: Highschool diploma or GED

Pay: Based on experience, $18-28/hour
