- 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Exhibitor Move-In (vehicles and heavy equipment only)
- 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Exhibitor Move-In
- Sunday, August 12
- 10:00 am - 2:00 pm: Exhibitor Move-In
- 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Welcome Reception on the Trade Show Floor
- Monday, August 13
- 10:00 am – 4:00 pm: Trade Show Open
- Tuesday, August 14
- 10:00 am – 4:00 pm: Trade Show Open
- 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Exhibitor Move Out
