ISA Governance Structure
As an international organization with more than 20,000 members around the world, ISA adheres to a governance structure
that provides the support, organization and adaptability required to meet organizational and chapter needs. We encourage
you to take a few moments to learn more about the bylaws, policies and procedures that govern ISA.
By-laws, Policies and Procedures
Members who are interested in learning more about the by-laws, policies and procedures that govern the operations of
ISA may contact the Member Services Department to receive copies of our
governance documents. Members may also login to their MyISA accounts and find
these documents in the My Membership section.
ISA Annual Reports
Each year, ISA produces an Annual Report which summarizes key initiatives, projects and financial performance metrics
for the past year. Members are able to download this report from their MyISA accounts.
