The ISA Board of Directors

The ISA Board of Directors is an elected board of 15 Directors, including eight (8) Director positions voted in by a general election; five (5) Director positions filled by an election from within the Council of Component Representatives; and a President/Chair of the Board and a President/Chair-Elect elected by the Board of Directors from within the current Directors.

The Purpose of the Board

The Board of Directors will be responsible for strategic direction for the organization and make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization including fiscal oversight and policy development.
