Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall productivity and profitability of the branch office.  Responsibilities include managing and coaching the Sales team and support staff, initiate training and development programs under guidelines as established by the Corporation.  Communicate and uphold company standards and policies.

 

Accountabilities:

 

Sales

• Achieve sales budget
• Participate in developing branch and individual sales representatives’ sales budgets
• Monitor selling price and hourly returns
• Insure the consistency and accuracy of field diagnosis and plant health care programs
• Initiate process improvement sessions and insure compliance
• Carry out program guidelines to insure uncompromising customer service excellence

 

Operations

• Manage operations to insure maximum daily productivity
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Manage fleet and equipment maintenance and repairs
• Insure compliance with all federal and state regulations as they pertain to personnel, vehicles and pesticide applications.
• Insure timely work

 

Administration

• Process paperwork accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Establish, streamline and implement guidelines in accordance to company standards
• Perform timely employee performance evaluations

 

 

Qualifications

• 5 years in a similar capacity managing sales, staff and operations for a residential/commercial tree care service or a large landscape management company. Prior profit and loss responsibility is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Forestry, Plant Science, Environmental Science or similar environmental focus is preferred
