The Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers (CTLA) announces that the draft manuscript is available for review by member organizations. The manuscript is accessible for review purposes only and should not be reproduced or duplicated. Members of the Plant Appraisal and Valuation Committee (PAVC) are ISA's formal peer reviewers of this manuscript. Informal peer review comments are also welcomed from other ISA members. The review period began 16 January, and all comments are due by 1 March 2017. Comments should be organized in a Word document by noting which chapter(s) they refer to and sent to PAVC@isa-arbor.com before the 1 March 2017 deadline.

The 2018 International Tree Climbing Championship (ITCC), presented by the Davey Tree Expert Company, took place 3-5 August at Franklin Park in Columbus, Ohio. The number of registered competitors broke all previous records with a total of 75 climbers participating. A second record was broken in the women's competition with 26 women participating. We want to thank the large number of dedicated volunteers involved in the planning and production of this event who make it all possible. For ITCC results...

ISA Seeks Qualified Nominees For ISA Board Of Directors

The structure of ISA’s Board of Directors consists of the president, the president-elect, and thirteen directors. Five directors are elected by the Council of Representatives (CoR) and eight are elected directly by ISA members.

The purpose of this notice is to solicit nominations from ISA members to fill two upcoming CoR-elected Board positions that will end in August 2019. ISA members can nominate ANY current member of ISA in good standing. ISA Seeks Nominees for ISA Board of Directors

The purpose of this notice is to solicit nominations for three Board Directors who will be elected by ISA members. The terms of three current Board Directors will expire in August 2019. ISA members can nominate ANY member of ISA in good standing.

The closing date to submit nominations to Sheilah Trail is 31 December 2018 by 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (Chicago Time).

Please consider nominating someone (including yourself); ISA is a great organization thanks to your participation in the vital process of nominating and electing qualified candidates to the ISA Board. 

 

ISA Seeks Qualified Nominees for the ISA Board of Directors

The structure of ISA’s Board of Directors consists of the president, the president-elect, and thirteen directors. Five directors are elected by the Council of Representatives (CoR) and eight are elected directly by ISA members.

The purpose of this notice is to solicit nominations for three Board Directors who will be elected by ISA members. The terms of three current Board Directors will expire in August 2019. ISA members can nominate ANY member of ISA in good standing. 

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else as a candidate for the ISA Board of Directors, please send the name to Sheilah Trail at ISA. The person you nominate must be a current member of ISA.
