Arborist climber

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Salary: DOE

It is time for Good Earth Tree Care to grow. We seek to preserve and beautify the urban canopy by offering the highest quality tree care services backed by experience and a high standard for safety. We are looking for an experienced arborist to join our team!

Arborist Climber Duties:

• Perform necessary ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties according to the specifications of the job, as directed by the crew leader
• Sound rigging and lowering skills to perform tree pruning and removals safely. 
• Perform supplemental support (cabling and bracing) techniques and methods in accordance to ANSI standards.
• Learn and adhere to safety rules as outlined by ANSI as well as the company.
• Be a team player.
• Demonstrate personal responsibility.

​Qualifications:

• Full-time availability 
• Excellent communication skills
• A clean/valid driver's license and must be willing to get chauffer's license
• Presents a professional appearance and attitude.
