Bucket Operator Arborist

Location: Beaver Dam WI
Salary: Based on Experience

Bucket Lift Operator, 

Experienced Bucket Operator - will need to:

• Lead Tree crew while pruning and removals of trees.
• Operate bucket truck or aerial lift. 55'-65' 
• Possess rigging and lowering skills to execute trimming and removals safely, as well as other techniques to maintain a safe work enviroment.
• Must enforce Anzi safety standards and procedures for tree care operations.
• Coordinate with tree sales manager before carrying out daily production work.
• Climbing Experience is a bonus but not required.

Must have 1-3 year's experience in the field leading a tree crew.  Arborist certification perferred, not required, willing to test to acquire Arborist certification.  Will need a valid driver's license, CDL preferred.  High school diploma required, additional schooling is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills to communicate with managers, crew, and property owners is preferred.

Salary will be based on experience, overtime plus benefits offered, PTO, Life Ins., paid training and educational compensation time, PPE provided for all work.
