Categories of ISA Membership

ISA has several different membership categories, each designed to meet the needs of arborists at different points during their career.

Available Membership Categories

Professional ($125): Open to all individuals actively engaged in the arboriculture field and anyone interested in planting or preserving trees.

Student ($45): Limited to students pursuing the study of arboriculture or any allied fields who are studying at recognized college-level institutions; must be approved by a faculty advisor. A copy of your current student ID and class schedule is required in order to process a student membership.

Senior ($45): Limited to retired members who have been professional members in good standing for at least ten preceeding years and submit in writing their desire to enter inactive service.

Life ($1250): Open to regular members who wish to show their dedication to arboriculture by making a one-time predetermined payment to become a member for life.

Additional Support

Patron Program: The Patron program offers three levels of support providing companies with a chance to show their support of other professionals in the industry, as well as, industry and public education initiatives. All levels of Patron support include one or more complimentary ISA memberships, allowing you to introduce others to the world of arboriculture, including students.
