This question was posted on the Society of Municipal Arborists listserv.  I thought we would expand the reach of the question and ask all arborists.
Who manages trees for a community is very important in determining priority of work, type of work allowed, and usually whether the boss understands or cares about who you are and what you do.
A quick answer here should help us determine percentages nationwide.
