Maximum limit of 35 attendees.
The workshop is designed for professional chain saw operators such as commercial arborists, municipal park maintenance personnel, utility line clearance specialists, highway maintenance personnel, firewood cutters, loggers, and others; but it is open to the public as well.
The workshop will cover the basics of chain saw safety, maintenance, and operations, including lectures, demonstrations, hands on exercises, and handouts.
6 CEU credits will be issued to ISA Certified Arborists.
NEW hands on felling and bucking exercise, plus a site field trip. Bring your own saw to demonstrate proficiency and get help with troubleshooting and maintenance tips.
