bouganvilla not blooming

I've had this plant for more than a year and the only time it bloomed was a month or so after I got it. It is a mature
plant with a woody stem and is in a large pot. It spent the
summer on the front porch with a southern exposure and is
now in the dining room with southern window exposure. I water it about twice a week and feed it twice a month. The plant food is an enzyme-based organic food called Plant Power from Nature's Life Products, and marketed by Market America. My other plants, all non-bloomers are doing fine.
The plant did experience leaf loss when I moved it indoors,
but quickly grew new shoots and leaves. How can I get it to
bloom again?

Thanks,
Jan
