Firstly quit with caps. Secondly, what garbage! Sallaries are determined
by many factors and many employers have very liberal sallary caps. My
experience seems to differ to yours.
In general the smaller the business the fewer the opotunities for the better
employee. Most small business owners are affected more by workers compensation but
this is usually ofset by the guy who owns the business working his guts out for
nothing (an I dont respect that kind of mans business practice). In general the
small business is more likely to undercut the bigger business.
In short perhaps you have had problems but with an attitude like yours it would seem that
your working for a fool (he should have sacked you) and your about to start work for a lunitic
(yourself). Just what the industry needs one more madman with attitude.
