I agree with you that excessive CEUs do not need to be recorded. I do however think that our world within the ISA's professionalizm needs to be expanded. The other day I saw a nice looking truck with a Bandit 250 xp chipper attached. The whole rig probably costing in the neighborhood of $45,000. Yet the crew was just HACKING! at these great trees. so what serious money for equipment but zero effort for training? I am seeking ways to promote better tree care.
I think doing somthing to promote the ISA would help. Lower rates for new memborships? With the cost offset by these over 30 ceus some send in?
