In human terms your tree is on the critical list.
Suggest you move it into a sunny position and keep soil moist,
(not wet) and wait.
Do not fertilize and do not trim dead branches off. It may take till next spring to show signs of recovery
at which time you could add a little all purpose fertilizer.
At this time you could also trim off the dead branches. The tree, if it survives, will generate new branches
and within a season or two will be as good as new.
Do not fuss over the tree, it was an unfortunate mistake to leave it in the car
and it would be likewise to now pamper it, a kind word may not go astray.
