Wilting Bing Cherry

Greetings, My name is Damon.
I have a specimen Bing cherry tree that is in it's second year with me.
The problem I'm incountering is that the leaves at the ends of the branches are wilting, and have these brown spots.
There has been alot of rain lately, and I was wondering if that could be the cause of the wilting leaves and spots?
I had another cherry tree that met it's demise that way. I had over watered it.
What are my options to try and save it, or am I over reacting.
