It will be planted in northern MN. I do not plan on
harvesting any of the fruit for human consumption (except
when I go walking through the woods and am hungry!)
Due to cost restrictions - I figured I would grow my own
from seeds harvested from store purchased apples that we
eat - that is why I posted my original question looking
for input on seed prep.
I also would welcome any input on variety. It seems McIntosh
would be a natural - any other input?
