Paving near trees

I am looking for information regarding paving driveways near trees. An earlier post referred "the Arboricultural Advisory and Information Service (AAIS) Practice Note 1; Driveways Close to Trees Patch. D and Dobson. M.C. 1996."
Can someone tell me how I can obtain this publication? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
