Look in fairness,

The problems that we are expressing about Paul Hawksford are not all his. For some time now we have accepted all sorts of behavior that is anything but professional.

That does not mean that we are not professional it just means that from time to time we have problems.

Problems are normal ... resolving the quickly and permanantly is professional.

It upsets me when I see Paul go off at people for two reasons.

1) It astranges people from him and I believe he deseves respect and consideration due to all mankind.

2) I can feel his deep frustrations as to the state of the industry. He is a young man with a wealth of experience that he would love to share but he is afraid to do
so for many reasons. Perhaps without a postgraduate degree he will not be respected (but let us remember the great scientists of the past). Perhaps with so many weighty
people having written things that are opposite to what he has observed (lets not forget Gallileo).

In any case Paul is a great guy who is loved by many. It is a shame that his outbursts have hurt people and I truely regret this, but let us not do the same let us too
learn patience and humility. For those of you who are parents remember this is somones child and somones most precious person. Whilst he may not treat others that way let
us show him by example and encouragement how to achieve the recognition he truely deserves
