Yes, I have, on many occasions, been embarassed for our profession to read what has been posted in this discussion group. In particular I am pained when "professionals" reply to what is obviously a homeowner's honest inquiry with sarcasm and rudeness.
My activity in this group has been greatly curtailed by these offensive postings.
