Yes it is more than possible. The easiest way to do it is to engage an Arborist.

If you want to do it yourself then dig a rootball at least 10 times bigger than the trunk
and close to hemispherical in shape. Wrap it well with burlap just like you see in the
nusery. Summon enough peple to lift it. Cover well when in transit. Plant it correctly,
and care for it adequately and you'll have no problems.
