Martin,
I talked to one of the partners today. The company is out of business and they have no intention of starting up again. They are talking about selling the business with all the equipment, processes, and materials. The initial asking price was $100,000.00. I am contuning to correspond with them and will try to keep everyone up to date. If I can get them to start selling I will let the group know.
