Diagnosis of problems by computer are at their best speculative.
A tree such as yours is a valuable asset that would cost many thousands of dollars
to replace. Appart from a soil test that you may be able to oganise by yourself
the next most practicle solution is to engage an arborist. One who has experience
in diagnostics and who can work with other local experts to find out what is wrong
and detirmine a course of action.

Your tree is too valuable to risk on the guesses we may give you
