Where we are located, there is no local Plan/Auth.
Although, we do bid for municipalities they look
and conduct their own investigations. They won't
do any aerial inspections. Just take the lowest
bid, it will always win. That hurts me! We never
get the work. On my own jobs/quotes I'll always
point out what I see.(i.e. The Red Maple in front
of the home has 2 included crotches that have been
torn off from wind and or other sources. I recommend
we ascend the tree to check for decay.)We included
a price for that service with the bid. Does your
company complete a root collar inspection before
ascending any tree?
