Keith,
Do you think this tree needs a graft?
Where is the tree located?
How much is damaged?
I see trees planted all the time outside of their
planting zone. They often fail at 10', 20' 50'.
2 zones north they grow to 100' and seedlings everwhere.
But still, I can't see trying to graft a tree 70' tall
with 50% die back.Remember this person sounds like a home owner.
