There are so many mistakes of grammar, syntax and spelling in Rosewood's message, that
it is hard to believe the claim that he or she was educated at a great university.

He or she claims to have been "outcasted" (made an outcaste) by co-workers without his
or her education. I entered arboriculture 29 years ago with the same problem, but I got
along splendidly with my less-educated colleagues. Luckily, I had no education in arbor-
iculture or horticulture, and my attitude was that I was there to learn from them. Even
with such an education, I would have had plenty to learn from people who had been on the
job longer than me.

Speaking as an employer, I can say that we are little impressed by educational credentials,
and care a great deal more about how a prospective employee presently performs, and what
his attitude is.
