Agricultural sulfur is quite effective in ph reduction, though
our best results are with red maple, birch and others. Oaks
seem to be a hard nut to crack. We use a 92% wettable powder
in regular tank mix with fertilizer. 5-15 lbs per 100 gallons
5-7 gallons per inch dbh.

Could be a problem with mycrorizae survival if trying to introduce
both components in the same tank mix.
