Pruning standards

Once again we are searching for a listing of the Class I-IV pruning standards.
We have tried several times to locate this information. Everybody seems to
adjust the standards to thier own situation. Fairmount Park at one time
had the standard in one of there specs, or at least the inspector pulled out
a sheet that looked like it was in the specs.
If any body can let me know where we can find this it would be appreciated.
