Urban forestry inventories/GIS RFPs

I am looking for names of communities that have contracted
the development of an urban forest inventory with a GIS
interface (i.e. arcview, etc.). I need the name of the
community and a contact person with phone number. What I
am after are examples of request for proposals (RFPs) that
communities have prepared/used to solicit bids for such
work. If you have RFPs, I would greatly appreciate a copy

working with. They are under a rather short timeframe, so
