Monkey Puzzle Propogation?

A relative of mine has some monkey puzzle tree (araucaria
araucana) cones and is interested in planting the seeds in
his yard. Others who have the trees and local nursaries
are of no help. Please send me any info you may have on
the cone/seed/planting of these trees.
