I am very interested in your add for help. I am disillusioned with the seemingly 80
hours a week it takes to run my own business competing against (removal experts) who
think $18.00 per man per hour is profitable. At $35 it's difficult to keep my customers
who may occasionally comparison bid, that don't understand why I am twice as high. No
matter the million liability, workman's comp, thorough clean up and professionalism. Its a
great community in need of being educated as to the benefits of proper pruning. However I
am afraid it will take years to educate and develop enough demand to support my business
and a few similarly priced competitors. The community has a high retirement population
with little industrial base.

I welcome the idea of working with an established professional company where in
the work load could be more reasonably shared.

Certified Arborist So-0448 seeking opportunity to work for company or
community. Would prefer Florida or deep southern states.

I am 45, 5'9', 150lbs and in good health. Have exceptional climbing skills and
several years experience with cranes and buckets.

20 years exp. 8 in St. Louis, Mo. - 6 Miami, Fl. - 6 Panama City, Fl. All as Owner

Can consult on pruning, removals, hazard and landscape loss evaluations, etc. Have
successfully moved 30"dbh trees. Will sell, work in the field, or instruct. Formed and am
presently President of Bay Co. chapter of Florida Arborist Assoc. Will perform
presentations to organizations. Slides and demonstrations. I don't know it all but am
interested in learning about any thing having to do with trees.

Want good wages and benefits. GUARANTEED to save community a minimum of
twice my costs.
