No info on msr2, I think Bayer has the rights to msr2, i discussed the pine borer problem in Fl with a Phd from Bayer research. He said that Merit shows more promise than msr2 for borer control. Merit doesn't have borers on the label. I believe this Phd has an EUP to try limited experimental research on this targeted pest. Several test plots are being laid out. Bayer, U of Fl, and a county forester are involved. The approach involves bark injecting merit with a "Wedgual" gun. incorrect spelling for the brand name of the gun? if this insecticide works on borers as well as it does on dog fleas(Advantage) we'll have a much better tool than topical treatments of lindane or dursban. Hopefully we'll have access to a modified label soon. Call Bayer and ask about techniques + results with msr2. bill, west palm beach, fl
