I've had a few jobs where I was able to obtain
authorization to visit the site quarterly - once in
winter, spring, summer and fall. This is what I recommend
in my specifications as a minimum. This looks at least at
the acute phase after construction. For high value trees or sites,
I have made the suggestion to continue this for two to
three years. In a few cases I have been called back
post one year, but usually on an as-needed basis. In some
situations I think it would be beneficial to look at trees
perhaps twice per year during the growing season for three
to five years. Debbie Ellis, Saratoga, CA. Hope you are
all fine.
