shadylady is a variety of black olive tree, common for so fl, can't handle any cold, cold to us, means several hours at 28-30 degrees F, this tree probably won't make it north of Jupiter, Fl.. It's propagated by cuttings, local growers are; Sinclair Nursery, Boynton Beach. Oasis Growers, Pahokee, shade acclimated plants can probably be found at Southeast growers Wellington, Fl + more sources. desirable landscape tree known for it's small leaves, small stature and slow growth, pruning requirements are minimal, tolerates shade.
