Maybe we can extend some criteria of our own! Like Consulting
Arborists have to have 40 hours of ACU's (aerial climbing units)
per year to remain certified. That means climbing and practicing
things like aerial rescue,ect.
I think I heard a whimper! (bg) We'll see what happens after this
conference. Unless it's a purely political thing, it might work.
