I am employed by the City of Melbourne in Australia.
I recently heard of a product called Arbortech which I
was told is used to control either Dutch Elm Disease or
Elm Leaf Beetle (they werent sure) I was told this was
happening at Portland, Oregon. Can anyone tell me anything
about this product or give me a contact at the City of
Portland. Thanks.
