Actually the worst is when
a wealty tree co. ( workers and money )
will do a hospital , college , industrial
park for serious low bids all the time , than
turn the corner and beat a liitle old lady out
of her life savings for some small job. Some of
the biggest tree crooks are hiding behind the
shields of the ISA & NAA .
