Kind of wondering why the Ont government has a certification and you think that we need another one that is not non profit but a way to keep some office workers employed and also there are a lot of older workers without the education to pass the tests that are required but know the business and can outclimb and outwork alot of young fellows now is this just a way to put the older fellows out to pasture???At present only the Ont program is covered by the Municipalities financially so good luck???
