To the best of my knowledge the reason for the
outrageous liability rates in my area anyway are
for the simple fact that every Joe who owns a pick-up
and a chainsaw thinks that they are a professional.
Being a climber myself for a few years {Professional}
for a large company I've seen this everywhere .So in
turn there are more accidents therfore everones rate
skyrockets.
