At what age can a child purchase a sling shot? Is it considered a weapon?
I ask this question as a mother whose son is 12 years old and purchased a sling shot.
He was arrested last week because he was using his sling shot along with friends to shoot stones at a car. My
concern is that when i approached the store owner that sold the sling shot to him he said that this is indead legal. What about the next child that
should decide to purchase one, and hits someone in the eye? Can you help with this as I am very concerned about the nexgt child that may purchase such an item
