Tom,
Easy,simple direct questions
from the a host of a thousand.
Not so easy!

Common sense?
Why don't we see the bible, question that?

If the teacher KNOWS 100%, IF!!!
What IF the students has the ability
to proceed the teacher? The 1% theory
is shot!!!

Common sense is what you think or
everybody else thinks?

I have clients who worked under Gen. Patton.
When I get the chance to talk about the past
I find this to be very educational.

One commanding officer said: Sir,We can't
cross the Rhine river it's too cold & the
current is too swift. Patton responded
with: Hell boy, let's go for a swim!
He crossed & came back: "Seems fine to me"

The ANSI OR ISA committee, are these the same
people who came up a camel as a race horse????

Using a ladder to ascend a tree, that's find!
Why not use the ground person for a belay?>?
During the mid-80's I used a 40' ladder, then
20' of pole to get my climbing line over the first branch.
Slick Line & a shot pouch was not on the scene!!!

Rope may be redundant, but it's safe! Would you
take that same attitude with a loaded hand gun?

With a hand gun, not loaded?

Tom, please give me a reaming with this topic.
Knut Foppe, when using a chain saw, use 2 ropes.
A main line & flip line. Is that OK?
This is what, I've always used since the mid-80's.
If you can't use two hands on the saw, then your
knot tied in properly!!!

Tom, haven't you seen enough people
with those ugly scars to warrant 2 hand
as much as possible???

YOUR TURN!!!
