Welcome back,
Over the years, I have collected several charts
on wood weights. Almost any species, diameter X
length X species(dead or alive). The chart is very accurate.
The crane has a digital load read out.

The manufactures DO test products to see
if the engineers have done their homework.
They have a lot riding on their written word.

But you have never asked yourself
"I wondered what that piece weighted?"
