Too many of our peers look at this as the land of entitlement.
To find as strong a work ethic as that of the immigrants is getting harder and harder.
We have been fortunate in that we "try before we buy" a new employee by leasing them from an employment agency first.
Those that have the "ethic" stand out from the rest almost immediatly. Those that don't are simply not invited back.
We have been able to have some of the hardest working people I've ever met and justifiably they recieve top dollar for their efforts as well.
