You might want to try a M/T using a short
piece of High temp. rope.
The other day I did a removal
using this system it worked great!
I located the knot well above my reach
so I could spike & just pull the slack.
I never had to slide the knot!
Within a second I had the knot real
close, to use it like a flip line.
With out retieing the knot.
