Average salary/wages for certified arborists

Hi,
I am a recently certified arborist.Working for a small,but very quality oriented tree service.And am interested in hearing from other certified arborists in the pacific northwest chapter as well as from certified arborists from around the country ,in regards to salaries/wages, benefits. How much are you guys making an hour? Or are you on some sort of salary?
