A few years back a climber dropped a small piece of wood on a valve connected to a propane tank. Well not really noticing this small leak they cleaned up and left. Needless to say the propane found a heat source exploded and totally cooked a halve a million dollar house. So if you ever even get close to one check it out before you leave because SHIT HAPPENS.
