We've hired subcontractors for our small tree business. It
really helps with Workers Comp Ins here in Ca. A Sub will
have almost as much interest in performance as you the owner
operator of the business. Yes, he doesn't have the overhead
that you do or the responsibility, however, if you are a
small operation then a sub can be great when you can find
one! Out here they're hard to come by.
