So Mr .Walsh your true real problem is not modern equipment but hacks. Remember the typed word is a far cry from the spoken,being very specific about what you are trying to say is very important here. Other wise you dont know WHO you will offend often bringing unexpected backlash to your general blanket statements. I reckon there is a time and place for everything, but no matter how tired and overworked I get a good attitude is always maintained with a smile a joke or a laugh. Life is way to short to be so serious every waking minute of the day. Please accept my heartfelt apology for making you so upset for my lack of decorum that you had to embarrass me if front of the world. Although I dont really care . If your gripe was on topping and hacks you should of said so . Now every one who uses a lift is slammin you because it was to difficult to read between the lines of your thread and understand what you really meant. This disscussion group is a open market place of ideas and thought.

ontest for any one to try and win a prize.So if you would like to read what I had to say about topping go to "climbing spikes used in trimming' SUN AUG 31. You will find that I do agree with you on something .We have a lift and yes I will put it every where I can not because I am lazy but because I am tired of killing myself. Unfortunatly I cant get it everywhere sort of a mixed blessing because it keeps your climbing skills sharp. I cant imagine only doing jobs that I can get the lift to, cant get that picky yet.
