D.B. I used the Selvagee today in some very lg. Oaks.I have a Q.. What is the alteration to this knot that makes it better for 1/2 inch rope and changed it's name to the Mashon Tres? The Selvagee woked just fine it was just a little hard to stop smoothly. I think that this This Hitch can be very useful in other tree rigging applications,not just in a Split Tail climbing system. It's a good thing to know if you want to grow because if your snoozin you will be loosen.
